Iatridou Marthilianna was born and raised in Spetses. She studied Translation and Interpreting with a Master's degree in Cultural Sciences in France.
Her contact with Yoga began in 2010 where she was looking for alternative ways of training, since then and for 13 years she has not stopped her practice for a single day.
Yoga became a way of living.

Panos first came into contact with yoga in 1999 and since then he has practiced various yoga systems such as Ashtanga, Satyananda, Hatha, and Aeric. In 2014 he completed the Hatha Yoga teacher training program and in 2015 the 300 hour Raja Yoga teacher training program.
He believes that yoga is the most deeply anthropocentric philosophical system ever created, and that practicing yoga is the most precious gift one can give oneself.

For the past 10 years, she has worked as an Occupational Therapist in the Pediatric field and has completed a master's degree in Rheumatology at the Medical School of Athens. A new door opened when she realized the connection between the Sensory system and the practice of yoga. Since 2024, she has been both a practitioner and a teacher of yoga for children of all abilities and needs.
On the mats, she has found a safe space for her students to explore, experience joy, and self-discovery.

She was born in Athens and studied Chemistry in Greece and France. In 2013, an injury brought her into contact with Yoga for the first time. In the following years, she practiced various systems such as Aerial, Acro, Dharma, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga.
Yoga has become a way of life for her, as during every trip she finds time to attend classes and workshops with esteemed teachers, aiming to improve her personal practice and teaching, while also gaining a more comprehensive understanding of how yoga is expressed at an international level.
