Iatridou Marthilianna was born and raised in Spetses. She studied Translation and Interpreting with a Master's degree in Cultural Sciences in France.

Her contact with Yoga began in 2010 where she was looking for alternative ways of training, since then and for 13 years she has not stopped her practice for a single day.

Yoga became a way of living.

Theofilos Kofidis

Acroyoga International Teacher

Theofilos Kofidis was involved in athletics from an early age and is an active cycling athlete in the P.O.VELOS Thessaloniki team.

Since 2012, he has been a Grafts Hellas (Trainers School) Presenter and is involved with Personal Training - Functional Training. He is one of the three Corrective Exercise Master Instructors in Greece and an AcroYoga International Teacher.

He is also a PADI Master Instructor and an Emergency First Response (EFR) Instructor.

Panos first came into contact with yoga in 1999 and since then he has practiced various yoga systems such as Ashtanga, Satyananda, Hatha, and Aeric. In 2014 he completed the Hatha Yoga teacher training program and in 2015 the 300 hour Raja Yoga teacher training program.

He believes that yoga is the most deeply anthropocentric philosophical system ever created, and that practicing yoga is the most precious gift one can give oneself.
